We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Revenue team at Mirakl, a leading SaaS software company. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their career in marketing operations, gain hands-on experience with marketing technologies, and contribute to the optimization of our marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Analysis
- Assist in managing and maintaining the integrity of the marketing database (e.g., marketing automation platforms, campaign management tools, other marketing tools)
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
- Create and maintain regular marketing performance reports and dashboards (e.g., lead funnel metrics, ROI analysis).
- Campaign Operations
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring proper setup and tracking in marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in marketing campaigns, such as tracking discrepancies or email deliverability challenges.
- Technology and Tools
- Help administer and optimize marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense, etc).
- Learn and implement best practices for using marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance efficiency.
- Research and recommend new tools or technologies to improve marketing operations and reporting.
- Process Improvement
- Document and streamline marketing processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flow and integration between marketing, sales, and other systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 + years of experience ideally in B2B or SaaS environment
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot & Salesforce. 6Sense is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- French & English fluent.
