About the Team
Our Sales team manages the full sales cycle, helping prospects and existing customers leverage Mixpanel to analyze, measure, and improve their customer experience.
About the Role
Mixpanel is looking to hire a commercially minded and impactful, yet humble and people-driven, Sr. Manager, Sales to lead our North America Mid-Market and Enterprise team. As a Sr. Manager, Sales you will take a hands-on approach in managing a team of Account Executives. You will also be responsible for helping us hire, onboard and manage the next wave of sellers and sales leaders.

The ideal candidate will be a successful sales leader, with a passion for getting things done and who will thrive in a very fast-paced environment - and will relish scaling our business and embrace, embody and lead with our core values*.*
Responsibilities
- Support your team with coaching, deal execution and engagement with customers.
- Understand the core drivers of the Enterprise business and use them to forecast and manage pipeline health
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to include field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, customer success and sales engineering.
- Build, develop and coach a strong and diverse team of sellers.
- Plan and communicate the path for growth
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- You have a track record of leading outbound sales motions
- You’re a process-oriented leader that manages your business with a proven methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management etc.
- You have 5 years of managing and leading SaaS sales teams - ideally in the Big Data, Analytics, Mobile, Product Analytics or MarTech space.
- You’re data-driven and use metrics to understand how to coach and manage the qualitative elements of the business.
- You love hiring and recruiting the best possible talent and you’re also passionate about building a strong, diverse world-class sales team.
- You have a playbook for executing complex deals and you know when to leverage it.
- You’re passionate about getting hands-on, to drive success - you believe in and create a “servant leadership” style culture.

- Experience working with partners including channel, solution and technology partners

Compensation
The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
