About the Role:
 
As a Cleanroom Assistants, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy’s laboratory operations, helping to prepare and compound medications that ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. You will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all laboratory processes meet stringent safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our laboratory.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to accurately prepare and compound medications
  • Manage daily lab operations, including measuring, mixing, and maintaining equipment
  • Oversee inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and within expiration dates
  • Maintain precise records of all lab activities, such as formulation logs and batch records
  • Excel in a dynamic environment, prioritizing precision and teamwork
  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional patient care through meticulous medication preparation

  • Detail-oriented with a strong track record in medication preparation and lab processes
  • Experience in lab operations, sterile technique and processing methods
  • A team player who fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking and maintaining a tidy, compliant lab
  • Dedicated to patient care, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of medications

Work Schedule and Shifts:

  • Shift:

    •  Monday - Friday 
    • 6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM
  • Flexibility Requirements:

    • Candidates must be available for both shifts and demonstrate flexibility in their scheduling.
    • Ability to adapt to shift changes and cover additional hours as needed.
  • Additional Information:

    • Shifts may vary occasionally based on business needs, including holiday and weekend coverage.
    • Applicants should be comfortable with adjusting schedules on short notice.

The estimated pay range for this position is between $18/hour and $25/hour.
