About the Role 

As a HR Manager, Onsite at Mochi Health, you’ll be responsible for facilitating a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience for our pharmacy technicians, lab managers, fulfillment workers as well as being instrumental in building out recruiting practices and procedures. You’ll be working closely with leadership to ensure a friendly, professional and productive working environment and implementing company wide policies to ensure smooth operations from an interpersonal perspective.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute people strategies and programs that create a positive work environment, improve employee engagement and more.
• Be a trusted, neutral resource to employees and managers in helping them seek out support on HR questions and concerns.
• Provide support to employees and managers on time-sensitive, urgent questions
• Be present onsite during some evenings and weekends to connect with employees and managers on evening/night shifts.
• Compile, share and leverage insights with leadership and partners to propose and develop needed solutions and risk assessment plans.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or similar fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in a production/mission-critical 24/7 environment
• General knowledge of employment and labor laws in the US
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Experience with facilitating and supporting change management initiatives
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
