- Elevate the Dining Experience:
- Receive, organize, and set up daily catered lunches for our in-office team (approx. 400 employees).
- Collaborate with catering vendors to ensure a seamless experience, from delivery to cleanup.

- Conduct pre-meeting room checks to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Troubleshoot basic AV equipment and flag issues early to ensure smooth experiences.
- Foster Engagement & Office Operations:
- Partner with the People Experience team to assist with in-office events and initiatives that promote connection and culture.
- Help track and organize supply inventory, packages, and deliveries.
- Jump in on special projects or facilities-related needs that enhance our workplace or support a dynamic employee experience.

- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and comfortably move between different spaces throughout the day.
- Occasional weekend work for special events or projects.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and experience with catering setups is a plus.
