Champion a positive Customer Journey experience by supporting the various teams that touch the customer from the Sales cycle to Implementation, Pre-Go-Live readiness, Business Process Consulting, and Training, focusing on Lab Readiness for HL7/API deliverables. Lead and manage the scope, remove roadblocks, and plan risk and mitigation related to Lab interface readiness. Also, respond to customer inquiries by understanding, reviewing inquiries, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, verifying customer understanding, and answering any questions. Knowing about clinical office workflows and identifying gaps in the process with recommended solutions is essential. Work with external and internal staff and teams to install and maintain the necessary integration points, including formats like HL7, APIs, XML, or flat files.
Your Role:
- Assist various ModMed teams, Lab vendors, and Customers by defining scope, removing roadblocks, and risk & mitigation planning related to Lab interface readiness at the time of Go-Live.
- Champion a positive Customer Journey experience by supporting the various teams that touch the customer from the Sales cycle to Implementation, Pre-Go-Live readiness, Business Process Consulting, and Training, with a specific focus on Lab Readiness for HL7/API deliverables.
- Respond to customer inquiries by understanding, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, verifying customer understanding, and answering any questions.
- Work with external and internal staff and teams to install and maintain the necessary integration points, including various integration formats such as HL7, APIs, XML, or flat files.
- Knowledge of clinical office workflows and problem-solving gaps in the process with recommendation solutions.
- Work closely with lab vendors and customers to verify data flowing into and out of systems
- Develop interface test plans based on functional design and technical requirements
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Industry knowledge of HL7 and API integrations used in Healthcare
- Data manipulation, handling, and mapping are required.
- SQL, CSV files, and mastery of Excel
- Knowledge of MirthConnect, HL7, and API design patterns, and integration best practices
- Project management and successful Customer service delivery experience
- Proficient in various business applications and tools, including, but not limited to, MirthConnect, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN Clients, and Remote access software. Windows Server and SQL Server
- Ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents such as specifications and procedure manuals
- Maintains a positive and open attitude to change with an ability to adapt to new situations
- Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
- Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and coordinate a team effort
- Must have experience in developing and integrating business processes
- Knowledge of clinical & lab workflow and operations is preferred
- "Tech Speak" can translate the client's workflow into ModMed's solution.
