The Job: Sr. Treasury Manager

The purpose of this role to set the day-to-day cash position and cash flow forecast while optimizing the timely use of funds and minimizing financial risks.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Daily Cash & Liquidity Management: Understand, monitor and manage daily cash positions across all bank accounts and entities, cash forecasting, liquidity needs. Drive cash management improvements and ensure financial obligations are met in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Participates in the calculation, monitoring and reporting of liquidity and financial covenants. Manage bank fee analysis, liquidity gap analysis, liquidity forecasting and optimal cash management levels.
  • Treasury Operations: Process/approve payments based on prior day and intraday cash flow monitoring.
  • Banking Relationship & Administration: Manage banking administration, signatories and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Controls & Compliance: Maintain and adhere to strong internal controls over payment initiations and approvals.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Strong communication skills are needed to collaborate within the department and company-wide, as well as effectively with banks and other vendors. Effectively manage email communications.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 8+ years of Treasury Operations/Cash Management experience
  • Experience in a financial institution’s treasury department or a corporate treasury environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (required) in Finance or Accounting or Economics

Desired:

  • MBA
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Proficient Treasury Management Systems experience.
  • Advance Excel skills with ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Assess various financial/compliance risks, optimize liquidity and understanding/supporting accounting practices and reconciliation.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication internal/external
  • Strong analytics and problem solving
  • Effective time management/multitasking

Desired:

  • Data aggregation (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Debt/investment management.
