The Job: Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to deliver actionable insights that shape marketing strategy, optimize campaign performance, and drive measurable business growth. This role connects marketing data, customer behavior, product usage, and financial outcomes to provide a clear view of performance and investment effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Performance & Optimization
- Own measurement and evaluation of marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, lifecycle, direct mail, etc.)
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop measurement frameworks aligned with acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals
Experimentation & Segmentation
- Design and support A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incrementality analysis
- Build advanced segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization
- Partner with marketing teams to embed testing into campaign planning
Data Integration & Business Impact
- Connect marketing performance with product usage, customer behavior, and financial outcomes
- Evaluate full-funnel performance, including CAC, retention, and profitability
- Develop models to guide marketing investment and channel prioritization
Strategic Insights & Decision Support
- Support marketing planning cycles and go-to-market initiatives with data-driven insights
- Provide forward-looking recommendations on channel mix, targeting, and growth strategy
- Present insights and business cases to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and financial impact (e.g., CAC, ROI, retention)
- Experience designing experiments and developing segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
Education + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance)
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product, or growth analytics
- Experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
- Experience with Python or R and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze) is an asset

Please note:
The salary range for this position is between C$ 110,000 to C$ 115,000.
