The Corporate Affairs & Communications function is responsible for shaping, strengthening and protecting MoneyHero Group’s corporate reputation, external visibility, investor confidence, leadership communications, and brand credibility across markets. The function spans Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Brand Reputation and Governance, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, and Crisis Communications.

About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications, the Manager, Corporate Communications will be based in Singapore and support the Corporate Affairs & Communications function across MoneyHero Group’s four core markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
This is a hands-on communications role supporting the delivery of corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, employer branding, award submissions, corporate social media, and brand governance initiatives across the Group. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and local market teams to coordinate projects, manage timelines and approvals, prepare communications materials, support media activities, and ensure consistent execution across markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented communications professional who combines strong writing skills with sound execution discipline, good stakeholder judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
The Associate, Manager Corporate Communications will be responsible for:
Corporate communications:
- Support the execution of Group-level communications projects across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
- Draft and coordinate communications materials, including announcements, briefing notes, presentations, talking points, FAQs, social media posts and internal updates.
- Coordinate updates across relevant internal and external channels to keep corporate news, company information, and approved messaging current and consistent.
Media Relations:
- Support day-to-day PR and media activities, including media outreach, interview coordination, briefing preparation, and follow-ups.
- Draft and coordinate PR materials such as press releases, media pitches, statements, Q&As, and media monitoring summaries.
- Maintain media databases, journalist lists, coverage trackers, and agency updates across markets.
Internal Communications and Employer Branding:
- Support internal communications in partnership with People & Culture team.
- Coordinate employee announcements, leadership updates, town hall materials, culture stories, and change communications.
- Support employer branding content and initiatives that strengthen MoneyHero Group’s culture and employer positioning.
Thought Leadership:
- Drive industry insight communications initiatives, including trend reports, market commentaries, and data-led narratives, to strengthen the Group’s thought leadership and industry positioning.
- Identify executive profiling and visibility opportunities, and prepare supporting materials for speaking engagements, bylines, media commentary, and industry events.
- Lead the end-to-end process for the Group’s corporate award submissions, from opportunity identification through to outcome tracking.
Brand Governance
- Support consistent use of corporate messaging, boilerplates, leadership profiles, company credentials, templates, and brand assets.
- Maintain corporate materials and brand asset libraries for use across markets.
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure communications materials reflect approved Group positioning and brand standards.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, external communications, or a related communications role; agency or in-house experience both considered.
- Solid understanding of media relations fundamentals, with experience supporting media outreach, press materials development, media monitoring, and interview coordination.
- Experience supporting communications projects across media relations, internal communications, employer branding, or stakeholder communications.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in written Chinese is strongly preferred given the Group’s business presence in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Good to have:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries.
- Experience in regional or multi-market communications, preferably across APAC markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
- Existing relationships with local or regional media across business, fintech, financial services, technology, consumer, or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience managing or coordinating external PR, communications, content, or events agencies.
