Product Owner, Content and Web Operations
About MoneyHero Group
MoneyHero Group (Nasdaq: MNY) is a leading financial products platform in Greater Southeast Asia, reaching 9.8 million monthly unique users across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Taiwan, working with more than 270 commercial partners.
About the role
You will own how financial content and campaigns get published across four markets and our brands: SingSaver, MoneyHero, Moneymax and Money101.
This is a hybrid role by design. Roughly 60% is leading a team of Web Operations Executives and keeping campaign delivery running across all four markets. The other 40% is product ownership: defining and shipping the CMS enhancements, templates and workflows that make the first 60% smaller over time.
For the first six months it will skew closer to 80/20 while you learn the stack and earn credibility with the market teams. We are telling you this upfront rather than letting you discover it.
Two things make this job harder and more interesting than a standard content ops role. Every page you publish carries regulated financial information across four different regulatory regimes, so accuracy is a compliance matter, not a quality preference. And the way people find financial content is changing: a growing share of our audience reads about our products through AI answer engines rather than search results, which changes how content needs to be structured and maintained.
What you'll own
Operations and delivery
- Campaign content delivery across web, email and social in all four markets, including microsites, T&C documents, product catalogs and rewards pages
- A team of 6-10 Web Operations Executives: hiring, coaching, workload allocation and quality standards
- Campaign replication across markets, turning high performing launches into a repeatable process rather than a rebuild each time
- Escalation point for production content issues
Quality and compliance
- The QC process that keeps published content accurate: rates, fees, eligibility criteria, promotional claims and expiry dates
- Sign off paths with legal, compliance and commercial in each market, including how AI assisted content gets reviewed before it goes live
Product ownership
- The content operations roadmap: what we build, fix and automate, prioritized against business impact and team capacity
- Requirements and backlog for CMS and workflow improvements, working with engineering and design to ship at least one meaningful improvement per quarter
- Content structure and metadata standards that keep our pages discoverable in both traditional search and AI answer engines
AI and efficiency
- Finding and removing the highest cost manual steps in the content workflow, using AI tooling where it holds up and saying so clearly where it doesn't
- Turning what works into shared prompts, templates and documented workflows the wider Product, Content and Tech team can use
- Owning the judgement call on where AI output is safe in regulated financial content and where a human has to sign off
Performance
- Analysis of content and campaign page performance in GA4, using A/B testing and user behaviour to decide what changes next
What success looks like
Month 3: you know the content stack across all four markets, the team's throughput and error rates are measured rather than assumed, and the top three workflow bottlenecks are documented with a plan and an owner.
Month 6: campaign turnaround time down by 10%, published content error rate under 5%, at least one tooling improvement shipped with engineering, and campaign replication documented as a repeatable process.
Month 12: content ops is no longer a delivery bottleneck for marketing and commercial. At least two AI assisted workflows are in daily use by the team with measured time savings, and you have shared at least one of them with the wider PCT org.
What we're looking for
Must have
- 6+ years in content operations, web operations, digital platform ownership or product ownership, including at least 2 years managing a team
- Business fluency in English, plus reading and writing in Traditional Chinese.
- Hands-on experience running content at scale in a CMS (WordPress, HubSpot or similar), including formatting standards, link integrity and publishing governance
- Daily working use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with a real point of view on where they help and where they create risk. One round of our interview process is a working session on exactly this
- Comfortable in GA4 and GTM. You pull your own numbers and interpret them without waiting on an analyst
- Experience working with engineering in an agile setup: writing clear requirements, prioritizing a backlog, saying no
Nice to have
- Financial services, fintech or another regulated content environment
- Multi-market or multi-language content operations, especially where translation and localisation are part of the workflow
- Enough HTML and CSS to diagnose a broken page and fix the small stuff yourself
- Experience building repeatable AI workflows for a team, not just for yourself
- Speak Cantonese. (Our Hong Kong operation is the largest content workload of the four markets and you will manage it directly)
Tools we use, which you'll pick up if you haven't: Claude, JIRA, Confluence, Sendgrid, MoEngage, Rebrandly, Figma.
