Job Duties:
This role will lead and deliver global planning process, business requirement, design and governance in and around the space of global planning and integrating with operations. This role will be a subject matter expert for global integrated business planning (IBP) space providing insight and support on global, cross-functional or regional initiatives.
• Oversee the global planning, development, and implementation of supply chain solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Develop best practices solutions in the field of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Serve as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of supply chain and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver supply chain transformational projects while adhering to project timelines.
• Build and work with global technology team comprising Integrated business planning, Available to promise, and execution systems under the space of planning. Identify inefficient business processes and systems across supply chain planning and streamline using digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to deliver best in class solutions that follow strategic goals and objectives.
• Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, and present a successful implementation roadmap to department leadership.
• Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of supply chain solutions by designing and implementing new functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Partner closely with end-to-end solution verticals to understand requirements and ensure no business risk, quality, and delivery of the project on budget and timeline.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field and 3 years of experience in the offered position or experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Inventory Optimization (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization - MEIO)
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• End-to-End SAP IBP Implementation and Application Management Support (AMS)
• Supply Chain Planning Solution Design and System Configuration
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support for SAP IBP Implementations
• SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS)
• SAP IBP Web Interface and Excel-Based Planning Tools
• Business Process Analysis and Business-to-Technology Mapping
• Functional and Technical Specification Development
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Annual Salary: $111,675 - $166,860 / year

Pay Range
$111,675 - $166,860 USD
