Senior Autonomy Integration Engineer
Mission Summary
We are looking for engineers to help ensure the robust and safe operation of autonomous vehicles by leveraging analytics to identify potential issues, proactively solving complex problems, and contributing to the development of highly reliable software components and infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform analysis to determine areas of the platform and autonomy systems that should be improved to meet reliability and latency targets
- Develop analytics dashboards that provide insight to leaders and engineering team on current system performance and potential areas of improvement
- Lead analysis of cross-team system issues and recommend changes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive improvements in components
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing analytics using business intelligence dashboards (e.g.; Looker)
- Experience with robotics systems and the ability to root cause problems
- Experience writing database queries using SQL
- Experience writing software in Python and/or C++
- Experience using Linux operating systems and ability to work in terminals/shells to perform troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, and kernel/journal log debugging
- Experience working with common network protocols (Ethernet, CAN, etc.), and a strong understanding of high-level computer I/O architecture.
Bonus Points (not required)
- Experience with open-source robotics middleware (ROS, DDS)
- Experience with robotics sensors (e.g.; cameras, lidars) and sensor drivers
- Experience profiling CPU, GPU, Disk, and Network usage

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to specific skills, experience and expertise, role location, certifications, licenses, and business needs. Salary Range
$144,000 - $207,000 USD
