TikTok Specialist

About The Role 

We’re looking for a TikTok Specialist to support the entirety of our short-form team here at MrBeast. They will be working directly with our Vertical Creative and Production teams, helping with everything from ideation to execution. 

Our ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will be in touch with what’s trending, and be able to research, categorize and deliver the data behind it. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Work with the Head of Vertical and Head of creative to Ideate concepts and prep pitches
• Lead ideation of TikTok ideas
• Work with TikTok Team Production Manager and producers to organize props and materials needed for videos
• Help run a writers room of junior ideators continue coming coming up with ideas

• You are constantly tapped into the culture of TikTok, you must be chronically online, and know who and what is happening on the platform
• You can spot trends before they go mainstream and know culture moments that are happening in real time
• Able to execute creative projects in very fast time frames to keep up relevance and timeliness for posts
• Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
• A willingness to learn and grow with the team
• A passion for YouTube and making the BEST content in the world
