Job Title: External Marketing Strategy Manager

Location: [Insert Location] Team: Marketing / Growth

Role Overview

We’re looking for an External Marketing Strategy Manager to build and execute bold, internet-breaking marketing campaigns that live outside our owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—responsible for turning big ideas into reality through partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments.

You will lead long-term campaign strategy while also owning the systems and workflows that make high-velocity, high-impact collaborations possible. The ideal candidate understands how to bring a brand to life in ways that feel native to creators, platforms, and audiences—not like traditional marketing.

What You’ll Do

Build Big, Long-Term Campaigns

● Develop and execute long-term external marketing campaigns designed to drive massive reach, engagement, and cultural relevance

● Identify opportunities for viral moments, creator collaborations, and unconventional distribution

● Think beyond one-off activations—build repeatable, scalable campaign ecosystems

Own Creative + Operational Workstreams

● Lead both the idea and the execution—partnering with creative, production, legal, and partnerships teams to make campaigns happen

● Turn ambitious concepts into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables

● Manage multiple fast-moving workstreams without losing quality or momentum

Bring the Brand to Life

● Translate the MrBeast brand into external environments—collabs, stunts, products, and experiences

● Ensure everything we touch feels big, authentic, and worth talking about

● Push for ideas that people would share even if they weren’t paid to

Build Partnership Engines (Not Just Deals)

● Design and implement workflows for brand and creator partnerships—from outreach to execution to post-mortem

● Create repeatable systems that allow us to scale partnerships without slowing down

● Collaborate with partners to co-create ideas that feel native, exciting, and mutually beneficial

Who You Are

● You think in ideas first, not channels or formats

● You’ve worked on campaigns, partnerships, or activations that people actually talked about

● You’re equally comfortable brainstorming a wild concept and building the spreadsheet to execute it

● You move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait for perfect structure

● You understand internet culture, creators, and what makes something go viral

Qualifications

● 5+ years in marketing strategy, brand partnerships, creator marketing, or similar

● Experience building and executing large-scale or viral campaigns

● Strong project management skills—able to manage complexity without slowing things down

● Proven ability to work cross-functionally and externally with partners

● Experience creating or scaling workflows/processes in a fast-paced environment

What Success Looks Like

● Campaigns that break through the noise and drive massive organic reach

● Partnerships that feel like content—not ads

● Systems that allow us to execute faster and bigger over time

● A consistent pipeline of bold, culturally relevant marketing ideas

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
