The VP of Partner Solutions is a senior cross-functional leader responsible for shaping and delivering MrBeast’s creative and executional approach to brand partnerships. This role leads the development of breakthrough integrated campaigns across video, social, product, and IP by owning narrative development, creative strategy, GTM packaging, and client delivery. The VP manages a multidisciplinary team—including brand strategists, account managers, and interactive producers—to deliver high-quality, insight-driven programs that align with partner objectives and internal business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative & Narrative Strategy

    • Develop best-in-class creative narratives and packaging frameworks that translate brand goals into compelling cross-platform solutions.

    • Define the overarching story across channels (main video, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Philanthropy, etc.) and align integration strategy to content and platform strengths.

    • Collaborate with Sales to develop pitch frameworks and client-facing decks that drive impact.

  • Insights & Go-to-Market Leadership

    • Partner with sales, marketing, and measurement teams to extract insights, define audience value propositions, and integrate brand and category intelligence into every proposal.

    • Lead the development of go-to-market programs, tentpole monetization strategies, and scalable packages across verticals and formats.

  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution

    • Manage a high-performing team of Brand Strategists, Account Managers, and Interactive Producers.

    • Oversee daily campaign execution and client communication, ensuring alignment with brand goals, timelines, and KPIs.

    • Serve as the key liaison to Production, ensuring that brand integrations are technically and creatively viable from concept through post.

  • Client Delivery & Executional Excellence

    • Act as a senior client-facing partner post-sale, guiding brands through the execution process and ensuring excellence in delivery across all touchpoints.

    • Resolve creative or operational blockers quickly and effectively while maintaining a high standard of partnership quality.

Skill Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in creative strategy, brand solutions, or integrated marketing at leading platforms, publishers, or creator-focused companies (e.g., Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Netflix).

  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional creative and client delivery teams.

  • Proven ability to develop and scale breakthrough marketing narratives grounded in data, cultural relevance, and storytelling.

  • Deep understanding of platform strategy, audience insights, and monetization frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience working with production teams to translate creative ideas into executable assets.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to lead C-level conversations with clarity and influence.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple projects at once, and drive clarity amidst ambiguity.

  • Highly collaborative and solution-oriented, with a bias toward action and ownership.
