Location: New York

Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We’re building a high-impact team of strategic operators to drive the core initiatives shaping the future of the MrBeast ecosystem. As a Principal on the Corporate Development & Strategy team, you'll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, leading cross-functional projects spanning new business creation, strategic partnerships, corporate development, infrastructure, and emerging platform strategy.

This team operates at the intersection of media, tech, and entrepreneurship - turning vision into execution and building the systems that will power our next chapter of growth. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, think critically at both a strategic and operational level, and help build new ventures and capabilities from the ground up.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational precision. This is a builder-operator seat with exposure to the most critical decisions in the business - you’ll thrive if you’re comfortable navigating uncharted territory, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering meaningful results at speed. If owning complex initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving environment excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that don’t neatly fall into one department - from building new business lines to to scaling infrastructure and revenue operations
  • Own complex projects from 0 to 1: sizing markets, modeling financial scenarios, developing execution roadmaps, and launching pilots
  • Translate successful pilots into scalable systems, processes, or programs the business can operationalize
  • Support strategic partnerships and deal evaluation efforts - including structuring, negotiation, diligence, and post-deal integration
  • Develop financial frameworks and ROI analyses to inform investment, partnership, or new business decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate across content, product, operations, data, legal, and finance to turn strategy into execution
  • Drive alignment and clarity across leadership on the scope, progress, and impact of high-priority projects
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, or advisors as needed
  • Present clear strategic recommendations to executive leadership to drive decision-making on key priorities
  • Shape scalable operating models and strategic frameworks that guide how the org executes partnerships, new ventures, or company-wide initiatives
  • Leverage modern tools - including AI - to accelerate execution, automate workflows, and increase team productivity
  • Track market dynamics across the creator economy, platforms, and tech landscape to inform strategic bets

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or operating roles at high-growth companies, with at least 2 years in an internal or operator role
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of complex, ambiguous projects - from initial scoping through execution and delivery
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights
  • Strong communicator capable of influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams through clear, structured thinking
  • Adept at structuring and managing partnerships or deals, ideally with exposure to the media or technology sectors
  • Comfortable operating at all altitudes — from high-level strategy with executives to digging into details alongside ICs
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows - or the curiosity and initiative to learn and apply them independently
  • Deep curiosity about the creator economy, new business models, and the future of content, tech, and platforms
  • A team-first mindset, strong judgment, and an instinct for high-leverage work

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
