About the role:
We are looking for a strategic content leader who loves thinking from an integrated perspective and has a passion for marketing and developing content for marketers.. While many marketers are just beginning their ABM journey and may feel unsure about how to use AI or align with sales, the right guidance makes building a powerful 1:1 motion not only possible—but repeatable and scalable. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll build the #1 publication on next generation ABM and marketing innovation. From our stance on ABM, to creating fun content, to personalization best practices playbooks, to managing our social media presence and eventually our own media brand - your content will inspire hundreds of thousands of marketers around the globe to create compelling personalized experiences for their prospects.
What you’ll do:
- Grow and engage our community by revamping our always on programs (like our newsletter and SEO strategy) to engage our newsletter community, already in the tens of thousands
- Create and execute an omni-channel integrated content strategy
- Collaborate with our PMM and CX team to interview and publish our customer stories in a way that inspires our prospects and demonstrates thought leadership to the broader marketing community
- Translate our live conference into a digital series and playbooks; using stellar film and brand agencies to augment and uplevel your work
- Help generate brand awareness by playing a big role in generating PR, creating engaging and viral social media content, and building and growing communities.

What you bring:
- 9+ years of experience in content marketing in B2B marketing.
- A rare combination of being business-savvy and growth oriented while mixing in creativity and compelling hooks to breakthrough the noise
- A writing style that is clear and concise, and has humor and spice ;). We want someone who is unafraid of AI content tools and embraces using it to increase content velocity, using freelancers to accelerate the creation process.
- An exceptionally high performance bar for oneself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change.
- A creative thinker who is quick on their feet and can pull things together in a scrappy way. We are a small team that moves fast so you’ll need to be a self-starter.
- Strong execution and project management skills. Can stay organized and keep the trains running on time to hit goals.
- A kind human who wants to build an extraordinary product, culture and brand.
- Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Someone who has past experience growing an audience and developing viral content in a B2B setting
- Someone who has intellectual enthusiasm for staying on top of the latest content trends, including user experience optimization, AI-powered content creation, and understanding semantic search
- Experience writing about ABM or personalization is a plus.
- Experience with SEO is a plus.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture in NYC. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in Manhattan.
Hiring process for this role:
The hiring process for this role looks like this:
- Round 1 (20 minutes): you’ll meet with the Lead Recruiter to discuss your experience and an overview of Mutiny + the role.
- Round 2 (45 minutes): you’ll meet with the Head of Revenue Marketing to discuss your experience in content marketing and how this role aligns with your career goals.
- Round 3 (two 45 minute interviews): you’ll meet with members of the marketing and CX teams to dive deeper into your experience and see if you have potential to be a great fit for Mutiny.
- Round 4 (45 minutes): you’ll present in front of the interview panel for us to see your creativity and ability to think front to end of a great campaign.
- Round 5 (30 minutes): you’ll meet with Mutiny's Co-Founder and CEO Jaleh Rezaei.

Compensation:
Mutiny is proud to offer a competitive compensation package to all full-time employees, including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary range for this role for US-based employees is $165,000-180,000 and is determined based on many factors, including prior experience.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
