Manager – Marketplace and OMNI
The MP and OMNI team at Myntra is responsible for shaping best in class experience for Myntra marketplace customers and sellers. The team liaisons with various teams across the organization to run the marketplace operations as well as drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace centric approach. MP is a central team working closely with Category, SCM, Revenue, Planning to drive overall growth, profitability and seller experience.

Role:

  • The incumbent will be leading the performance for all Marketplace sellers live on Myntra while ensuring operational metrics such as on-time fulfilment of orders, seller led cancellations, speed perception on Myntra, and service quality are in line with organizational expectations.
  • Introduces and executes new fulfilment benchmarks and service levels in line with competition.
  • Implements faster fulfilment speed on Marketplace through introduction of express program to sellers, framing and executing operational SOPs to drive speed through policy and tech enabled constructs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of highly driven Seller performance associates upholding high service levels on Myntra Marketplace on a periodic basis.
  • Frame and execute seller performance policies, finetune terms and set expectations with sellers including timely communication on changes.
  • Ensure thresholds on packing and handover breaches are met and continually improved.
  • Run tech enabled projects aimed at improving Fulfilment SLAs and reducing breaches.
  • Ensure that customer delivery promise on Marketplace is competitive and continuously improving.
  • Sync up with MP control tower and plan seller capacities for events and BAU well in advance.
  • Define partner delisting criteria for tackling lapse in performance and quality metrics.
  • Resolve pain areas for sellers, customers and hence the business through timely
    interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a operations, consulting or startup environment; hands-on problem solving capabilities would be appreciated.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and very good in analytics and numbers – Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical Skills and process orientation.
  • The incumbent should be well versed with E-commerce operations with advanced analytical abilities and should know how to decipher data and form associations & linkages in data
  • Stakeholder management: Must be proficient in keeping things on an even keel with all stakeholders: SCM Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Category, Customer Experience etc.; also manages relationships and resolve conflicts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Highly Action Oriented – Candidate should have strong bias for action. Individual will need to own projects from conceptualization to implementation while also delve deep into day-to-day operations.
