Vice President, Pharma and Partnership Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for creating and executing the market strategies and tactics for the Natera Oncology products and services that align with pharmaceutical companies and clinical trialists. They will work closely with the pharma and partnering business development teams, medical, brand team, lifecycle team and product to ensure Natera is establishing a clear and differentiated value proposition for these services that can be communicated through multi-channel campaigns and tactics. The objective for this leader is to ensure that Natera is viewed as the premier partner for precision oncology trials and discovery programs that will be enabled by the Signatera MRD test.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and lead a team of marketing professionals that support the Natera’s Pharma and partnering business development efforts for clinical drug development, biomarker discovery and development, and therapeutic commercialization and companion diagnostic development and commercialization for precision oncology indications.

Develop, deploy, and measure programs that drive awareness of Natera’s portfolio of products and services that are available for the pharmaceutical manufactures and clinical trial.

Work with real world data (RWD) teams to create value proposition for Natera’s capabilities to inform and fuel clinical trials based on de-identified data from Signatera clinical use

Collaborate with pharma & partnering business development teams to curate voice of customer product and service requirements across segments

Develop customer and stakeholder segmentation mapping to deploy effective and efficient campaigns

Ensure that competitive intelligence best practices are deployed across teams to support proactive mapping of product and service offering development pipelines
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, advanced degree preferred (MBA or PhD)

10+ years previous experience in product marketing, pharma business development, market analytics in the medical diagnostics / pharmaceutical / biotech or other related industry.

~25% travel required (advisory boards, congresses, sales / marketing meetings, customer meetings)

Experience in the area of Oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred
