Your opportunity for impact:
NetDocuments is growing our Sales Enablement team to better equip our sales organization for continued success. Our goal is to retain and attract talented associates as we are committed to building a world class training and development team for their support.
We are looking for the right candidate that brings successful SaaS sales experience along with the ability to train, coach, mentor and consistently develop sales professionals. If you have direct experience in this area or a strong desire to use your sales experience and skill set to develop top performing sales associates and leaders, then the NetDocuments Sales Enablement team may be a good fit for you.
What your contributions will be:
- Demonstrate continuous learning
- Follow a sales process and are consistently looking for ways to improve.
- Adapt and develop training content.
- Strong desire and ability to see others succeed: Strive to help others achieve their potential.
- Coach/mentor individuals to elevate sales performance
- Conduct group training on various sales and leadership topics
- Assist with onboarding and interviewing new employees
Ideally you will have:
- Proven sales ability
- A combined experience level of 7 years in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement is required with at least 2 of those years as a successful quota carrying sales associate.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
- Experience working with sales technology: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, LMS a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong work ethic and accountability to achieve goals.
- Comfortable speaking/training in front of groups.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $90,000- $100,000k + variable
The posted cash compensation for this position is base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
