About the Role

NetDocuments is seeking an experienced and strategic Events Manager to own and scale our event presence across EMEA and APAC, with occasional support for select North American programs. Based in London, you will be the on-the-ground owner for a growing portfolio of events—industry conferences, customer events, partner events, and bespoke programs—that span multiple geographies and time zones.

You will collaborate with passionate colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to design and deliver impactful experiences that resonate with customers, prospects, and partners, and that advance NetDocuments’ mission to help legal professionals do their best work. From creative concept through on-site execution and post-event measurement, you will set the standard for how NetDocuments shows up in market across the region.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation, shape our brand presence internationally, and make a meaningful impact on our clients, partners, and the broader legal community.

What You’ll Do

Event Ownership & Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for a designated portfolio of EMEA and APAC events—industry conferences, customer events, partner events and bespoke programs—from concept through on-site delivery and post-event measurement.
  • Enforce consistency in how NetDocuments shows up at events: branding, booth experience, attendee journey, and sales enablement on site.
  • Coordinate launch-event playbooks so flagship moments (London, and other key EMEA/APAC cities) are scalable and repeatable across geographies.
  • Support select North American events where regional alignment or travel is required.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including audiovisual needs, transportation, food and beverage, accommodations, and delivery deadlines.

Partner Events

  • For co-hosted partner events, execute joint demand generation motions in alignment with partner marketing—coordinating co-branded outreach, agreed messaging, and audience targeting as defined by the partner programme.
  • For co-hosted partner events, ensure lead capture and handoff processes follow agreed lead-sharing protocols and that joint leads are tracked correctly in CRM.

Measurement & Budget

  • Own event budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI measurement for the assigned portfolio.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field and/or partner event marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS or legal tech.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-geography event calendar with multiple concurrent programmes.
  • Experience running pre-event demand generation campaigns and post-event lead nurture programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and BDR teams on account targeting, on-site enablement, and lead follow-up.
  • Experience executing co-hosted or co-marketed events with technology partners, working within agreed joint programme scope and lead-sharing frameworks.
  • Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Track record of measuring and reporting event ROI, including pipeline sourced and influenced.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally across EMEA, APAC, and occasionally North America (estimated 30–40% travel).

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Familiarity with EMEA and APAC legal market.
  • Comfort operating as a strategic-and-executional hybrid—can build the plan and execute the details on the ground.
  • Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., Cvent) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) for lead management and pipeline reporting.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
