The Partner Relations Manager will provide support to the Vendor Relations team by identifying potential Partner companies (Sub-contractors), confirming contractual terms, facilitating the application process for new Partners and coordinates, and training Partners on and ensuring compliance with terms of the New Era Technology Master Service Agreement and invoicing processes. This position will also be responsible for maintaining, updating and verifying Partner records on an ongoing basis.
PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to:
- Research and identify potential new Partners for New Era Technology. Initiate contact with potential Partners to discuss their interest and qualifications to become a New Era Technology
- Input, update and maintain accuracy and quality of Partner data in the New Era Technology Alert system. Request, receive and track customer and Partner proof of insurance documentation for recordkeeping purposes.
- Negotiate and set labor rates with vendors and Partners per the standard rate terms as determined by management.
- Review and ensure that the standard Master Service Agreement terms are being followed and enforced consistently with Partners. As necessary, educate and/or review general Master Service Agreement terms with Partners.
- Train Partners on New Era Technology standard web billing policies/procedures and navigating the Tech-Works system.
- Act as the first point of contact to Partners regarding general partnership questions from sign-up through deactivation.
- Collaborate with Operations department when needed to find, evaluate and communicate job details to Partners for large rollouts and projects needing specific skill sets.
- Provide support to the New Era Technology Billing Administrators as needed. Act as a liaison between Partners and the New Era Technology accounting team when needed in response to Partners invoicing and payment questions.
- Communicate, promote and coordinate regular and ad hoc Partner usage contests.
- Work directly with New Era Technology partner companies (ex. Graybar) to implement and support special discount programs offered to our Partners. Act as the first point of contact regarding current/new Partner program offerings (ex. QuickPay).
- Run standard and customized reports and gather information for weekly meetings.
- Provide ongoing progress updates to management as requested.
- Assist with planning, coordination and execution of the annual Preferred Partner Summit.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma (additional post high school education/training preferred)
- 2-3 years general office/clerical and/or project coordination experience desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Work in an indoor office environment.
- Required to use hands to type, handle, feel or reach
- Required to view a computer screen, use a keyboard and a mouse 100% of workday.
- Required to make and receive telephone calls for up to 100% of the workday.
- The employee is required to talk in a clear, audible voice.
- The noise level in the work environment is low.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full time – 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Pay Range
$55,000 - $60,000 USD
