Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on AI Engineer to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS. The role focuses on MLOps, AI platform development, GenAI chatbots/agents, and automation use cases across insurance operations (claims, OCR, fraud detection, underwriting). You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to integrate AI into enterprise workflows in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI/ML platforms on AWS using Terraform / AWS CDK
• Manage ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring (MLOps)
• Develop & integrate GenAI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, agents) using LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Implement AI automation for OCR, claims processing, fraud detection, underwriting
• Integrate AI outputs into business systems and workflows
• Evaluate and onboard third-party AI solutions
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards

Required Skills

• Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• AWS (SageMaker, Lambda/Fargate, CI/CD)
• MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, model performance tracking)
• Generative AI, LLMs, NLP; LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science/Statistics or related
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science
