This internship runs from June to September 2025, intern must be able to work onsite 5 days in our Mountain View, CA office, 40 hours per week. Please submit your writing samples/Portfolios/websites with your application.
About the Role:
Are you passionate about storytelling, branding, and the power of words to attract top talent? We’re looking for a creative Copywriter Intern to support our recruiting and employer branding efforts. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent marketing while building a portfolio of meaningful work.
What You’ll Do:
- Write creative, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for job postings, career pages, social media campaigns, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Design content for hiring events, employee spotlights, referral campaigns, tech talks, onboarding collateral and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for storytelling formats and talent-facing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, WeChat and email.
- Collaborate with the design, HR, and talent acquisition teams to produce creative assets that promote our employer brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for turning culture and values into compelling content.
- Passion for AI tech space, innovation, and high-growth, dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different formats—long-form, short-form, social, and visual campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm to learn fast and iterate.
Bonus Points:
- A portfolio or writing samples showcasing creativity in branding, marketing, or recruitment-focused content.
- Experience collaborating with design or HR teams on digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with content tools like Canva, Figma, or a CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of employer review platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Built In.
- Experience working on employer branding, campus recruiting, or personal branding projects (even academic or freelance).
