Location: San Jose, California (Hybrid)
Salary: USD 23 - USD 28 per hour
Type: Full Time Internship (June 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026)
The Role
Our 3-month summer internship program is now open for applications! Expect to dive into real-world work, gaining broad exposure by tackling on-the-job tasks and learning from seasoned pros. You’ll see how different parts of the business collaborate to create value, while enjoying hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to authentic business challenges.
Opportunities are available in Business Development, Fulfillment & Logistics, and Finance, Design teams. Each intern will work within one team, focusing on projects and learning opportunities specific to that area.

What You'll Do
- Work on real-world projects within your track, each with defined objectives, success criteria, and measurable impact.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information to support decision-making; translate business questions into actionable plans.
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will support your learning journey and professional development.
- Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to decision-making; participate in final project presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tackle meaningful business challenges.
Opportunities by Team
- Business Development: Support IP research, partnerships, talent evaluation, and event coordination.
- Fulfillment & Logistics: Drive process and customer experience improvements and support operations.
- Finance & Accounting: Support financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Design: Contribute to UX, visual, and motion design projects from concept to validation.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (any field relevant to the track).
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset, you’re eager to learn and contribute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to deliver high-quality work within the internship window.
