Talent Producer and Voiceover Coordinator

Overview /Objective:

NFL Films is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Talent Producer and Voiceover Coordinator to join our Player and Talent Relations team. This individual will play a key role in coordinating and managing talent logistics for NFL Films productions, including current and former players of all 32 teams, media members and other high-profile personalities. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NFL players, legends, coaches, and other talent participating in NFL Films productions.
  • Manage talent schedules, travel arrangements, call times, and on-site coordination for shoots, interviews, and events. Work closely with the Field Operations department to align crew and talent needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with players, agents, team PR reps, and league contacts to facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • Work closely with producers, directors, and editors to align talent availability with creative needs and production timelines. Coordinate with Business Affairs to prepare talent agreements and assure execution and filing of all releases.
  • Ensure all necessary releases and contracts are completed and filed appropriately.
  • Maintain departmental interview database and contacts through Airtable. Manage onboarding talent, creating requisitions, and receiving invoices for talent payments for the entire department
  • Manage the Voice Over Talent requests including negotiating rates, onboarding new talent, processing invoices and maintaining internal narrator database

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Sports Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent relations, production coordination, or entertainment/media logistics
  • Experience working with professional athletes and celebrities
  • Contacts within the Sports/Entertainment world
  • Previous production experience
  • Deep Football knowledge
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Suite, TEAMS, Airtable, Internet research ability, and well versed in social media

Other Key Attributes / Talent Characteristics:

  • Possess a love for football and extensive knowledge of sports in order to be equipped to pitch story ideas for future features/documentaries
  • Need to be self-motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented, a team player, and able to juggle ongoing multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment that constantly changes without notice and still deliver
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to participate in shoots that require standing for long periods of time and lots of walking.

Travel:

Travel may be required based on project needs, production timelines, and talent coordination demands.

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:

NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week with availability as needed on nights and weekends.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

 

Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
