London

The NFL is currently undertaking one of the most ambitious global growth strategies in sport. A core part of this strategy is the development of commercial partnerships in international markets. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.

    • Follow up on all pitch activity in a timely and professional manner, maintaining momentum and keeping prospects engaged throughout the decision-making process.
    • Structure and flex packages throughout the deal cycle, working within pricing and wider internal frameworks.
    • Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial agreement through to contract execution, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure terms are accurately captured and compliant.
  • Client Liaison and Hosting:
    • Design and co-ordinate high-quality event itineraries for C-suite guests, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the prestige of the NFL.
    • Manage all guest communications ahead of events, including invitations, confirmations, logistical briefings, and any bespoke requirements, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism.
    • Leverage event hosting opportunities to advance commercial conversations naturally, identifying the right moments to introduce or progress sponsorship discussions.
    • Conduct structured post-event debriefs and follow-up outreach with hosted prospects, capitalising on the relationship built to progress commercial discussions and move opportunities forward in the sales pipeline
  • Sales Operations:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within the CRM system, including on behalf of senior sales staff.
