Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

• Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
• Bi-weekly All Team meetings
• Monthly reviews

About the Client

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain accurate books for approximately 20 clients across various industries
• Manage all QuickBooks operations, including transaction entry and categorization
• Produce monthly financial reports and statements for clients
• Address client questions and needs throughout the month
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financials and provide guidance
• Handle bookkeeping for diverse business types (e.g., restaurants, churches, IT companies, salons)
• Process payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Integrate with payroll providers and manage payroll data
• Ensure compliance with sales tax and payroll tax requirements

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Solid understanding of payroll systems and tax fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience working with a variety of industries (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of sales tax and payroll tax processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a remote setting
• Adaptability to handle industry-specific bookkeeping requirements

 

 

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

• $800–$1300/month, depending on experience
• $500 bonus at 90 days
• 13th month pay
• HMO coverage (including dependents)
• Paid holidays and leave
• Annual continuing education budget
