[職務概要]

[主な職務内容]

• クライアントと面談し、ビジネス上の課題と技術的な要件を理解する。
• クライアントの要件を技術仕様とソリューション設計に変換する。
• スケーラブルで信頼性が高く、費用対効果の高い技術ソリューションを設計および構築する。
• クリエイティブチームと協力し、ソリューションがクリエイティブビジョンとブランドガイドラインに沿っていることを確認する。
• 技術チームと協力してソリューションを実装および展開し、品質とパフォーマンスを確保する。
• クライアントと社内チームに技術的なガイダンスとサポートを提供する。
• 最新のテクノロジーと業界のベストプラクティスを常に把握する。
• サービスを強化するための新しいテクノロジーとツールを評価および推奨する。

[応募資格]

• ソリューションアーキテクトまたは同様の役割で5年以上の実務経験（クリエイティブエージェンシーまたはデジタルマーケティング環境での経験尚可）。
• Webテクノロジー、モバイル開発、クラウドコンピューティング、デジタルマーケティングプラットフォームに関する深い理解。
• さまざまなデジタルチャネル（Web、モバイル、ソーシャルメディア）向けのソリューションの設計と実装の経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、問題解決能力。
• ペースの速い協調的な環境で効果的に作業できる能力。
• 日本語と英語のバイリンガル能力（筆記と会話）。
• コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野での学士号。

[Job Summary]

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions within our creative agency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of both creative and technical domains, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective and scalable solutions. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.

[Main Responsibilities]

• Meet with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and architect technical solutions that are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that solutions align with creative vision and brand guidelines.
• Work with technical teams to implement and deploy solutions, ensuring quality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our offerings.

[Qualifications]

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile development, cloud computing, and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for various digital channels (web, mobile, social media).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
