OLIPOP is searching for a highly organized and systems driven Manager, Commercial Operations Project & Enablement to join our team to play a critical role in organizing, managing, and building key initiatives & systems to support both our commercial and sales teams. This leader will maintain, develop, and execute the structures and systems that drive effective sales enablement to impact the commercial strategies across the business.
This role will cross-functionally work with the national key account, field sales, shopper marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the key information, initiatives, projects, and enablement tools are being effectively trained and communicated out to the sales & commercial organizations.

An MBA or a College degree. Our founders don’t have them and we don’t expect you to either.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
- Serve as brand and product expert, train new hires and 3rd parties
- Own, manage, and update all 3rd party portals
- Maintain all product and portfolio assets for the sale team
Project & Roadmap Management
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation (brief stage) and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Process Improvement
- Utilize project management software and tools to plan, track, and report on project activities.
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for customer, asset, project, tech, budget management, and sales tool efficiencies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including initial project brief, project roadmaps, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure that change requests are documented, evaluated, and approved by stakeholders before implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize operational workflows and advise on enhancements.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors, partners, & brokers
- Provide regular updates to cross functional teams on project status and metrics
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Soft Skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with diverse teams and partners.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Hard Skills
- Proficient in project management and production tools (Asana)
- 4+ years of project management or sales enablement role
- Experience in managing and/or helping shape the development of web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability

Reports to: Director, Sales Operations
Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 base salary + bonus
