Job title: Social Media Manager

Location: London, Hybrid

We’re looking for someone who knows platforms deeply (Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, YouTube) — not just what to post but how the ad stacks, auction mechanics and product roadmaps work. A strong interest in platform innovations (e.g., Meta Andromeda/AI developments, Reels evolution) and how those can be deployed for paid social is essential.

This role leans heavily into paid social and platform expertise. You’ll be the Social Media Manager for a small portfolio of mainly FMCG / household product brands working across global and local markets (notably UK and France). You’ll develop social media strategy for clients, brief and work closely with an in‑house Content Creator and creative team and support local markets from the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across Pinterest, TikTok, Meta (incl. Reels), YouTube — end‑to‑end campaign setup, optimisation and measurement.
  • Develop social channel strategies for clients (global and local approaches), translating brand briefs into paid social plans that meet commercial objectives.
  • Brief and collaborate with the in‑house Content Creator and creative teams to produce platform‑native creative optimised for paid formats.
  • Support and advise local markets (from UK), creating adaptable toolkits and briefs that reflect local nuances and media behaviours.
  • Deep platform monitoring: test formats, ad products and creative levers (e.g., short‑form creative, dynamic creative, CAPI, audience strategies).
  • Track performance, create insights and recommend optimisations — present results and strategy to clients.
  • Monitor platform roadmaps and industry moves (incl. Meta product updates and Andromeda developments), surface opportunities and run experiments.
  • Spot and recommend creator partnerships and influencer integrations for paid activation.
  • Keep tabs on cultural trends and social listening to identify reactive and proactive paid opportunities.

What we’d like you to bring

  • 3+ years’ experience (agency or client side), with demonstrable paid social experience across Pinterest, TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
  • Proven track record on FMCG or household brands — ideally with international campaigns or support for local markets.
  • Deep, technical knowledge of platform ad products and measurement (campaign types, bidding strategies, CAPI, creative specs, creative testing frameworks).
  • Familiarity with Meta Andromeda / recent Meta product/AI initiatives — and a clear POV on how these might impact paid social.
  • Experience developing social media strategy for clients and supporting roll‑out across multiple markets.
  • Excellent brief writing and creative direction skills; experience working closely with content creators.
  • Curious, culturally aware and proactive: you actively track trends, platforms and local market nuances.
  • Excellent client‑facing skills and the ability to communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders.
  • Interest in Gen AI and how to integrate new tools into creative and planning workflows.

Why you’ll like working here

  • Work on recognisable FMCG and household brands with international reach.
  • A small, collaborative social team
  • Opportunity to experiment with new paid formats, AI tools and cross‑market strategies.
  • Hybrid working and a supportive, curious culture.
