Role: Senior Integrated Designer

About the role: 

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative team in the UK for a new client. In this role you will create impactful creative that elevates their brand and marketing communications whilst also leading and mentoring the other designers in the team. 

The Senior Integrated Designer takes creative campaigns such as social, digital, and print from brief to completion. This role will work closely with the Copywriter to provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes. The candidate should demonstrate an interest in expanding their knowledge and use of GenAI tools.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Design and develop creative assets for various marketing channels and campaigns 
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation 
  • Experience in utilising AI tools to create and iterate on design concepts. 
  • Be present in the OLIVER office in Farringdon 3x per week to foster strong relationships across the team and ensure seamless communication. 
  • Present and explain creative work to clients and internal teams 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives 
  • Producing design / ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion 
  • Create inspiring and exciting content, from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation 
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence 
  • Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience of using Pencil would be an advantage
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • An innate creative flair, strong integrated design and concepting skills – ideas that will work across different platforms
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of AI creative generations 
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including creating animation in After Effects
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • An understanding how to work across social media posts (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn), web design, print material, Floor and Site Plan, UX/UI design and storytelling
  • An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
  • An understanding of UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends
  • Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
  • Experience working in Investment and Real Estate would be an advantage
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and client
  • The ability to manage and develop junior team members.
  • 8+years of relevant experience in:
    • Digital
    • Social
    • Design
    • Artwork
