The studio operates with the pace of an agency and the depth of an in‑house team, delivering social‑first strategy, content, and campaign rollouts across global and local markets.

As Account Manager, you are the connective tissue between the client and the studio. You’ll own day‑to‑day client communications, ensure clarity around briefs and feedback, and keep projects moving smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll work closely with project management, creative, social, and production teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Client Management & Communication

  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for delivery questions and updates
  • Receive, interrogate, and clarify briefs to ensure alignment before work begins
  • Coordinate feedback rounds, approvals, and next steps across client and internal teams
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders through clear, consistent communication

Project Ownership & Delivery Support

  • Take ownership of digital, social, and content projects from brief to delivery
  • Track progress across projects and flag risks, delays, or scope changes early
  • Ensure work follows agreed processes and is delivered on time and within budget

Internal Collaboration

  • Act as a central point of coordination between social, creative, production, and project management teams
  • Support resourcing conversations and help align priorities across workstreams
  • Ensure internal teams have clear direction, feedback, and context at every stage

Commercial & Account Growth Support

  • Support the identification of incremental opportunities within the account
  • Contribute to strong account health through operational excellence and proactive servicing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client services within a creative, digital, or production agency
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects end‑to‑end
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and communicating clearly at all levels
  • Experience creating and maintaining timelines, status updates, and delivery plans
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the confidence to flag risks and ask questions

Nice to have

  • Experience working on global or multi‑market accounts
  • Exposure to social‑first, content‑led, or always‑on delivery models
  • Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed teams
