Role:  Social Creative Lead

 About the role: 

Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Social Creative Lead with a wealth of experience and expertise creative paid and organic social comms for big brands across all of the major social platforms.  

We are looking for someone who can join our team to work both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual social campaigns across our client's brands, to pulling together meaty global social playbooks to inform the brand’s social presence across the globe. So experience of doing this and helping lead and bring clients along the journey is a must. This is a great opportunity to work within a growing team, creating impactful communications.

A strong understanding of conceptual social creative, social platforms and digital best practice is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in social, with a desire to create impactful, best in class stand out digital work. Absolute knowledge of all major social media platforms is a must as well as an understanding and desire to tailor creative ideas for them. You’ll ideally be from a digital/social background with around 10 years’ experience. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the team. 

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING: 

  • Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively with the team on ideation, asset creation and implementation. 
  • Work very closely with our social strategist to bring the work to life 
  • Produce creative work with a clear rationale to accompany the work. 
  • Be a brand guardian for Reckitt. 
  • Create digital assets, social media assets, video’s, GIF’s, MEMEs, and different event and campaign collateral 
  • Pulling together decks to showcase your work to the clients and include best in class creative references to help sell it in.  
  • Using existing assets and stock imagery to come up with relevant and up to date content. 
  • Keeping up to date with current digital and creative trends. 
  • Create work to the client’s brief and exacting standards.  
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales. 
  • Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency. 
  • Look for ways to develop new creative within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities. 
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative team. 
  • Complete timesheets. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: 

  • Strong conceptual skills and an understanding of class leading social campaigns and why they work 
  • Passionate about digital & social media and understand the latest innovations across platforms. 
  • Love working in a fast-paced adaptable environment. 
  • Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Strong communication skills – able to express themselves clearly. 
  • Ability to adhere to internal processes, including following brand guidelines. 
  • Good eye for detail. 
  • Desire to learn and offer new skills and do this without being prompted. 
  • A background in social media implementation and creative. 
  • Be able to put a convincing and crafted creative deck together  
  • Very good at convincing and leading clients
