About the role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to innovate with brands? Involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation? 

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage. 

We are currently looking to hire a Digital Manager with 2-3 years brand experience to manage digital content for a key account based at the client’s business. You will be joining a fun and dynamic team who are all passionate about their clients and their communication needs. This is a great opportunity for a level headed, strategic thinker, who has a passion for great content and creating impact 

The Digital Manager will be responsible for owning, implementing and iteratively improving the clients content planning and creation– including audience engagement, reach, and growth, tone of voice, original format development, content commissioning, planning, scheduling, and optimisation through to reporting on KPIs. You will provide strategic recommendations and input every step of the way from campaign, proposition and format development, publishing plans, optimisation, measurement, and evaluation. 

The success of the role will rely on your ability to spot opportunities to help our clients achieve their business ambitions. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • The Digital Manager will act as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement (across digital platforms across Website, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. 
  • Role will be required to both plan and implement digital advertising formats and budget across social platforms 
  • The job requires engaging audiences digital platforms to reach all audiences where they are. Since different digital spaces have unique cultures and best practices, community managers must be the consistent tone and voice of the brand. 
  • As a Digital Manager, all your messaging, content, and crisis observation across networks should be prompt, consistent with your brand, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community. 
  • PR - managing and extending a brand's audience; engaging with the audience across social platforms (both positive and negative) alongside client 
  • Voice of consumer analysis 
  • Prepare reports + make suggestions 
  • Capture trending moments or social media content and format trends on to be leveraged 
  • Working closely with the team, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. 
  • This is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community. You must bring a creative flair and excellent written skills 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Social Media Savvy – knows how to build online communities, engage with customers 
  • Must be familiar with any Response Management tool like Sprinklr, Social Studio, Social Bakers, and others 
  • Should be strong in MS office skills (Excel, PPT, basic lookup, and advanced excel would be an added advantage) 
  • Ability to ideate and work with creative team to create content – from reels, photo posts, snaps, landing pages, brand pages, etcRole requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it. 
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage. 
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
