Role: Account Manager

Location: Hong Kong

 

About the role: 

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our new studio team, based out of Hong Kong. You will be working within a leading global investment firm, supporting primarily the APAC part of the business. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client service.

The Account Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes to drive projects from brief to delivery. They will have a good understanding of professional services and are confident working in agency teams. They create timing plans and budgets on OMG (our project management platform), assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output, and ensure the projects they own are delegated to the creatives and liaise with the team in the UK. This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within the professional services space will have an advantage.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment
  • Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates (when needed) and schedules
  • Scheduling projects in line with the correct internal resource and helping to source external resources where necessary
  • Ensuring projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
  • Managing project workflows utilising AI-powered creative tools
  • Communicating project status, challenges, and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Facilitating client meetings and presentations, documenting key decisions and action items
  • Escalating any queries concerning invoicing or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the AD

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Previous experience working with B2B Private Equity clients is essential
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong, effective working relationships
  • Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilise AI-powered creative tools
  • Financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs
  • Ability to identify areas for potential growth and work with the wider team to bring solutions
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
