In this role, key responsibilities include:

- Content creation: Develop compelling copy for web, blog, email, social media, and paid marketing channels in an engaging and relevant tone.
- Digital and social strategy: Craft engaging social media plans, and collaborate with influencers and third parties to amplify campaigns.
- Event management: Plan and coordinate diner and restaurant events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Go-to-market plans – Develop and carry out GTM strategies for new opportunity areas, ensuring seamless alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with local and international teams across product, performance, content, and engagement to enhance overall marketing performance.
- Restaurant support: Partner with local sales and account management to provide marketing solutions for restaurant partners.
- Brand partnerships: Support Senior Manager across third party brand partnerships, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, stakeholder management, and campaign reporting.
- Analytics and optimisation: Monitor performance data, analyse campaign performance, and improve strategies based on insights and industry standards.
- Market Insights: Stay current on competitor activity, market trends, and seasonal events, making recommendations and adapting marketing plans to incorporate best practices and key learnings for future campaigns.
- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Manage external agencies for PR and campaign execution as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally across multiple markets including Asia.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills (English fluency required; additional Asian language skills a plus).
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and maintain clear documentation.
- Experience completing campaign testing and making data-driven strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaborators across different regions.
- Highly organised and diligent, with the ability to troubleshoot inefficiencies and improve processes.
- Experience in digital marketing and CMS management (WordPress preferred).
- Comfortable with a range of marketing technologies and quick to learn new tools.
Benefits:
- Work from (almost) anywhere; wherever you do your best work.
- Mental Health Well-being: 6 company paid therapy sessions, subscription to a meditation app, wellbeing speaker series and resources.
- Annual Health and Wellness Reimbursement.
- 1 floating day off per year to celebrate your birthday or another occasion of your choice!
- Company-wide weeks off each year: the whole team recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!).
- Paid volunteer time.
- Monthly catered office events.
- Learning and Development opportunities.
- Universal Paid Parental leave.
