The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and analytical Manager, FP&A to lead core financial planning activities and guide strategic decisions for OpenTable. Reporting to OpenTable’s Head of FP&A, this high-visibility role provides senior leadership exposure, dynamic high-impact work, and strong growth opportunities.

In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Lead variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast, delivering clear insights into performance drivers to guide business decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations that support high-impact decisions.
- Evaluate return on investment for new business initiatives and growth strategies.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Lead ad hoc financial analysis efforts to support evolving business priorities and executive requests.
- Improve and scale financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and decision support across the organization.
Please apply if you have:
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (including advanced formulas); experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, OneStream) is a plus.
- Shown ability to lead financial planning cycles and deliver high-impact insights to senior partners.
- A focus on accuracy and timely delivery, and are detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach, continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes.
- Team player mentality, with a “no task is too small” attitude and proactive communication to ensure team alignment.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and being a self-starter.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $120,000-$150,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
