Customer Onboarding Coordinator (French Speaking)

What you’ll do
- Be responsible for getting Otter customers from a “yes” from Sales to live and operating on the Otter platform
- Make contact with customers primarily via phone to begin the onboarding process
- Set up Otter software by creating their accounts, gathering & linking delivery app credentials to an account
- Facilitate shipment of hardware, coordinate with internal teams and the client to ensure receipt of product
- Train clients on tooling to set up clients for success
- Partner with Sales Team & Success Team to support implementation success
What we’re looking for
- French speaking
- Strong communication skills
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand problems from the client’s perspective
- Personable — comfortable on the phone; excels at resolving client issues
- Collaborative — promoting partnerships across teams to drive resolutions focused on the clients
- Bonus if you have experience in an operational / sales role

This role is based in our Paddington, London office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
