The Role
As a key member of Overjet's recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier leadership talent to drive Overjet's mission. Reporting to our Head of People and Talent, this role will allow you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Overjet by architecting and implementing how we hire for our leaders. You’ll love this job if you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of leadership sourcing techniques, and is passionate about nurturing long term relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the process for how Overjet hires for Leadership positions across functions.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior leadership roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with executives to understand key leadership needs, shaping recruitment strategies to align with company goals and culture.
- Develop and implement a thorough assessment process for candidates.
- Manage and facilitate the interview and offer process, ensuring timely and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve leadership recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leadership/executive recruiting, with a focus on Director+ roles (VP, C-suite, etc.) across various functional areas at high growth technology companies.
- Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Passion for communicating Overjet's mission in such a way that we win candidates who can work probably work anywhere, to work at Overjet.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission focused environment

Our Hybrid Workplace
We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.
Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
