The Role
As our Senior Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture alongside operational rigor and business acumen to develop effective solutions for our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success and Support, Finance, and Marketing. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing creative solutions for critical business needs that are thoroughly documented and rigorously tested, ensuring they are ready for deployment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, a mission-critical system, ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently
- Ensure ancillary sales, customer success, and support systems, such as Gong, Celigo, etc, are structured to drive business growth
- Design, implement, and maintain system configurations, including fields, workflows, and integrations between revenue systems
- Manage UAT, testing, and regular audits of critical systems and processes
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risk and enhance operations
- Collaborate with functional leaders to shape application roadmaps and prioritize evolving business needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging Salesforce updates and best practices to optimize processes while maintaining cost efficiency, security, and system stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Celigo, Gong, CPQ, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in a VC-backed SaaS startup environment
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required
- Experience building out Salesforce
- CPQ and/or Hubspot experience is preferred
- Strong project management and process mapping skills
- High attention to detail; you think no detail is too trivial to ignore
- Resilient and proactive; you want to catch problems before they arise, and you have the drive and courage to follow through until the job is done

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
