About the role:
As a Product Manager Evangelist, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communication related to the product roadmap for all key retailers and channels including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and Kroger for both retail media and commerce developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product demos and product-related meetings with our key retailer partners on a recurring basis to maintain key partner relationships.
- Partner with the product marketing team to develop feature release notes and content related to new product updates.
- Lead regular feedback sessions with key clients to ensure the product roadmap is developed around client needs and innovative industry trends.
- Manage internal communication related to product offerings to ensure alignment across all teams (client services, marketing, sales, and training).
- Partner with sales leads to contribute to RFPs and pitches when product representation is necessary.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all Pacvue products including advertising and commerce tools for all major retailer partners.
- Maintain a close relationship with technical PMs to ensure alignment between communicated product roadmap and the expected timeline.
- Amplify the voice of the product executives (SVP and CPO) on Pacvue product and E-Commerce and Ads market via key channels, including social media (executive Linked-In, Industry Journals etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years in product management, project management, product marketing, or client services.
- Industry knowledge related to retail media and commerce technology with additional consideration given to candidates with retailer-specific experience (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and/or Kroger).
- Proven experience managing complex internal and external relationships with an emphasis on product-related communication.
- Robust problem-solving skills with demonstrated success working in fast-paced, cross functional roles.
- Experience presenting highly technical data to large groups of varying skill levels.
- Comprehensive experience in data-driven decision making with a proven ability to analyze large, highly technical data sets.
