About the role:

The Senior Director of Product Management is a core leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy across the company’s largest revenue generating division. This individual will lead the Product Management team to drive product innovation, portfolio growth, and strategic alignment with the company’s long term business objectives.  Success in this role will be depending on an individual’s ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that the team executes with agility and focus on delivering exceptional results

 Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership: Push the boundaries of what’s possible in ecommerce research tooling staying abreast of market developments and competitive landscape
  • Market Understanding: Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of eCommerce sellers, using market research and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to drive innovation and maintain Pacvue’s competitive edge.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Set the vision for Pacvue’s Research product portfolio defining the product goals and driving the product planning process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the Pacvue’s product strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years in product management, with a significant focus on SaaS, eCommerce, Data Analytics Platform, and AdTech. Experience with Social Media Commerce/Shops a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the e-commerce and Amazon/Walmart seller landscape.
  • Proficiency in agile product development methodologies.
