About the role:
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and being an excellent partner both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, presenting Pacvue’s value story tailored to client goals and challenges, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract to consistently achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients.
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients. Deep understanding of a mature sales process from identification of accounts/contacts, discovery, demoing, pricing, and closing of the sale.
- Grow revenue from existing advertisers through upsell opportunities.
- Understand Pacvue’s tool suite, value proposition, and be able to tailor presentations and demos to various audiences based on goals and challenges – from practitioner to executive leadership.
- Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve goals.
- Forecasting of expected revenue sold in
- Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience.
- Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, Outreach.io or like programs.
- Excel at working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Experience with eCommerce and retail media preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience selling SaaS or online media.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.

The annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) range for this position is $240-$290k+. The actual OTE will vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This role includes a base salary and performance-based variable compensation, with full details to be shared during the recruitment process.
