This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear communication with HR, managers, executives, and payroll. You will manage the full compensation cycle process end-to-end, from preparation and execution to post-cycle analysis and reporting.
This is a temporary consulting engagement (~5 months) that will play a key role in supporting our U.S. employees and leaders during the 2025–2026 compensation cycle.
Responsibilities
Compensation Cycle Preparation (November – December)
- Partner with our Tel Aviv-based compensation lead to define and localize the U.S. compensation cycle process.
- Prepare and validate data inputs, including employee records, job matches, market benchmarks, and performance ratings.
- Configure and test our compensation planning system (Pave).
- Build planning tools and models (Excel/Google Sheets) to support cycle analysis.
- Develop communication materials, timelines, and manager guides.
Compensation Cycle Execution (January – February)
- Own and manage U.S. compensation cycle logistics end-to-end.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
- Track progress and proactively address manager and HR questions during the cycle.
- Support leaders and managers with training, calibration materials, and decision-making.
- Prepare compensation decks, reports, and budget updates for U.S. and global executives.
- Ensure compliance with public company practices, particularly related to RSU grants and equity programs.
Post-Cycle Activities (February – March)
- Audit final data for accuracy and completeness.
- Summarize results and prepare executive-ready presentations on outcomes, spend, and trends.
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll on payouts (salary adjustments, equity).
- Provide guidance and documentation to ensure smooth downstream processes (system updates, employee communications, reporting).
- Identify opportunities to improve the U.S. compensation process for future cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of compensation experience, with demonstrated success managing annual compensation cycles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and data management skills.
- Experience with compensation planning systems; Pave experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with public company equity programs, including RSU administration.
