Your Role

As our Office Manager for Colombia, you will play a pivotal role in managing both strategic and day-to-day operations across LATAM, with an emphasis on HR coordination, financial oversight, recruitment, and internal process optimization. You will help cultivate an environment where our people and operations thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with various department heads, and maintaining the smooth running of the office environment.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and staff profiles across LATAM—from sourcing to onboarding, in collaboration with global Talent and Delivery teams.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires in Colombia and Brazil, and occasionally support Mexico.
  • Execute offboarding procedures for departing employees in Colombia and Mexico, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.
  • Ensure employee documentation is always up to date and compliant with local regulations across LATAM.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including tracking credit card and account expenses for Colombia and Brazil.
  • Develop and implement internal office policies and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and update company HR and administrative databases using systems like IntelliHR, ensuring accuracy in project assignments and client records.
  • Coordinate career path management and training plans for LATAM staff, partnering with managers to support employee growth.
  • Supervise and ensure proper workplace safety measures are implemented and followed.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between employees, leadership, and external stakeholders, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and company events, handling all logistical aspects from A to Z.
  • Provide budget analysis and financial insights to support strategic decision-making across regions.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in Office Management, HR Coordination, or Operations, preferably in tech or multinational environments
  • Proven ability to manage multi-country operations 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Financially literate and confident preparing expense reports, budget supervision.
  • Experienced in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee record management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
  • Self-starter, problem-solver, and cross-functional collaborator
  • Passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable, and efficient workplaces
