The Role
Peregrine is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who shares our passion for hiring the best and the brightest. This role will be a critical player on this talent acquisition team to help hire for many vital roles in the company. You will be essential in managing recruiting activities and forging meaningful candidate relationships. This person provides candidates with their first impression of Peregrine; delivering a white-glove experience from start to finish is crucial to our success. This dynamic role in a fast-paced environment offers fulfilling and exciting opportunities to the recruiting engine. In this role, you will:
- Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every experience and touchpoint delights, informs, and supports the candidate.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, many over Zoom and in person in the office.
- Shepherd the candidate through the recruitment process to ensure they have a seamless, positive experience.
- Ensure our interviewers have everything they need to conduct successful interviews, such as resumes, proper Zoom links or reserved interview rooms, clear scorecard metrics, etc.
- Work with others on other recruiting initiatives and programs, such as referral drivers, interviewer training, and candidate marketing materials.

- Communication is one of your biggest strengths; you are clear, concise, and compelling in your written and oral communication.
- You are diligently organized and pay meticulous attention to detail
- You are a lifelong learner and insatiably curious; you continually seek to improve your craft and learn everything you can about the company, the market, the process, etc.
What We Look For
- 1-3 years experience in the Recruitment space, preferably at a high-growth early-stage organization
- Proven experience working within our ATS system, Greenhouse
- Ability to multi-task and schedule a high volume of interviews
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to drive a project from conception to completion
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Located in New York, willing to come into the office 4x/week
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
