About the Role
As Peregrine’s first Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving scalable, 1-to-many marketing programs that complement our field marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels with a sharp focus on generating pipeline and reaching our target audience in state and local governments. This is a strategic and execution-oriented role with a direct impact on revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own campaign strategy and execution for webinars, paid media, email marketing, nurture programs, and other digital channels.
- Develop and launch full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with field marketing to turn themes resonating in the field into cross-regional initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics; use data to assess effectiveness and continuously optimize efforts.
- Understand and tailor messaging to resonate with target audiences within public sector.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to build pipeline through multi-channel programs and campaign ownership.
- Experience marketing to government, public safety, or regulated industries is a strong plus—or a demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex buyer landscapes.
- Strong grasp of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Bias for action: you move fast, experiment often, and adapt based on data.
- A team player who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build from the ground up.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
