Join our Southeast team, based in Atlanta, as a strategic and influential Account Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating impactful digital advertising partnerships across diverse brands and initiatives by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key advertising agencies and clients throughout the Southeast. You will achieve this by proactively understanding their critical business objectives and demonstrating how Perion's comprehensive suite of digital advertising solutions can strategically engage consumers across desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ultimately driving their success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic market plan to drive revenue growth and expand Perion's presence within the Southeast region.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key advertising agencies and direct clients in The Southeast, consistently presenting Perion’s comprehensive suite of digital advertising services and solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns, collaborating on media planning, guiding creative development discussions, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Southeast market while strategically managing and optimizing existing client accounts to maximize investment and achieve mutual success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Planning to develop compelling and strategic proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Partner with the Client Services team to meticulously monitor client campaign performance, providing strategic insights, identifying areas for optimization, and communicating results effectively.
- Serve as a positive role model and enthusiastic representative of the Perion culture both internally and externally, embodying our values and fostering a collaborative environment.
Profile and Experience:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the advertising industry with 3+ years in advertising sales; digital advertising experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, mobile and digital platforms, branded content and programmatic
- Strong understanding of the ad tech landscape
- Experience owning a territory and building relationships with advertising agencies and clients
- Ability to effectively analyze market opportunity and pipeline
- Demonstrate the ability to perform against quotas in a competitive market
- Must have a distinguished track record of sales success
- Experience uncovering new business opportunities through diligent prospecting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality that can adapt to dynamic environments
- Extremely organized, driven and motivated
- Willing and able to travel
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
