We are looking for an experienced IT-Project Manager (f/m/d) 60-100% to join our team asap located in or near Bremen, Germany and help shape and lead the future of PHENOGY's IT landscape. You are responsible for the management and successful execution of strategic greenfield IT projects, including the implementation of our ERP system and the development of digital solutions around our battery energy storage systems. You are the central link between internal teams, external partners, and strategic objectives - ensuring that technology delivers maximum value for our mission.

Your tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate high-impact IT projects (Enterprise Resource Management & Energy Management System)
  • Apply best-practice IT project methodologies suited for the tasks at hand to deliver results
  • Serves as a strategic interface between internal teams, management, and external experts
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders across teams (e.g. IT, R&D, Procurement, Communications)
  • Establish strong work relationships with internal experts
  • Identify resource or structural gaps and develop holistic solutions
  • Take ownership of deliverables and act as a proactive problem-solver
  • Help evolve the IT project function as PHENOGY grows with the potential to build your own team

Must have's

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field or other educational background and relevant experience can also compensate for higher education
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects successfully
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Structured, hands-on, and adaptable approach
  • Eagerness to explore and master new and complex business domains, continuously enhancing your project management expertise
  • Intrinsic motivation to contribute to a sustainability-driven mission
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability technologies
  • Cultural fit with a startup mindset and dynamic environment

Nice to have's

  • Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies
  • Understanding of ERP implementation projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Knowledge of iPaaS / ETL platform knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems
  • Background in software development or systems engineering
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications
  • Min. 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager

Location: in or near Bremen, Germany with home office opportunities

Travel Readiness: occasional travel to our headquarters in Technopark Lucerne, Switzerland
